Our analysis of members from small and medium-sized public practice firms revealed two distinct sets of needs:

	Some members need help deciding whether to make the transition to a small practice, as well as information on how to get started.
	Members who are already in a small or medium-sized practice need help with ongoing management challenges that are unique to their operating environments.

Both sets of needs are addressed in this portal.

If you identify yourself as a member of the second group, we suggest that you focus on the "Go" and "Finish Line" parts of the site. This site is not designed to have the answers to all of your questions, but to add value to your existing membership by focusing on resources customized for the special needs of small and medium-sized practitioners.
