Expert Witness – New Rules On July 1, 2010, new Rules of the Supreme Court of British Columbia will take effect, some of which pertain to expert testimony. CAs who provide expert opinions to assist the courts must be aware of the changes from the present system to ensure that their reports and testimony meet all requirements.
