Reporting CPD
Every member is required to file an annual CPD report by January 31 for the previous calendar year. You can report your CPD activities in one of two convenient ways:

You can now enter your 2010 CPD activities throughout the year on-line! If you use this convenient log, all you'll have to do during the report submission period (November 2010 to January 2011) is press the "submit" button, certify that your report is true and accurate, and voilà your reporting obligation is complete!

2010 CPD form will be available for download in November 2010
* All members who submit their 2010 CPD report on-line during the submission period from November 2010 to January 31, 2011 will be entered in a draw for a 2011/2012 Personal PD Passport. The 2011/2012 Personal PD Passport entitles the holder to 6 days of PD Passport Valid seminars and is valid from September 2011 to July 2012. Prize drawn has no cash value and is not transferable. Terms and conditions apply to the use of the Personal PD Passport.
