Reporting CPD

Every member is required to file an annual CPD report by January 31 for the previous calendar year. You can report your CPD activities in one of two convenient ways:

1. Online Reporting
   

   You can enter your 2012 CPD activities throughout the year on-line! If you use this convenient log, all you'll have to do during the report submission period (November 2012 to January 2013) is follow the "submit" link, certify that your report is true and accurate, and, voila, your reporting obligation is complete!

2. Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Reporting Form
   
   Click the link below to download the form. Fill it out, sign it and then mail, email (cpd@ica.bc.ca) or fax (604 684.1267) it back to us by January 31.
